Olympe works with your body, so this matters more than most small print. Please read it once, carefully.
Olympe does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and nothing it says is medical advice.
It has never examined you. Everything it offers is built from what you have told it, which is a much smaller picture than a clinician sees.
If you have an injury, a diagnosed condition, have had surgery, are pregnant, or have been told to avoid certain movements, speak to a qualified professional before using Olympe.
If you are in pain that is sharp, worsening, or that comes with numbness, tingling, or weakness, seek medical advice rather than working through it in the app.
Move within a range that feels safe and controlled for you, and stop whenever you need to. Discomfort during a stretch is normal; pain is information, not a target.
Only you can feel what is happening in your body. Treat anything Olympe suggests as a starting point to test gently, never as an instruction to push through.
Olympe is in beta and still learning. Its reads can be incomplete or wrong, particularly where you have given it little to work with.
If something it says does not match what you feel, trust what you feel.
If you feel pain during or after a movement, stop and let your body settle. If it persists, speak to a healthcare professional before continuing.
